our stay at the aparthotel iris was fantastic. the staff was friendly and spoke english, and the room had a beautiful sea view. it was conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket. the apartment had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen.

Very nice hotel for a beach holiday and excursions near and far.Comfortable room, good equipment. Cleanliness, good housekeeping.Friendly staff.Bedroom window overlook a quiet courtyard and the second window looks out to sea on the second line of the street on which a lot of useful shops.

Wi-fi was not possible to use (only a few minutes in the first night). After 19 hours the staff of the hotel is absent, so ask for help there was nobody. Without the Internet it was difficult to choose excursions and prepare for them, and can not read email

The hotel is located near the night club Patis with noisy music. It was not a big deal, but for the family with small children it was not very good.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, from the location to the staff everything was perfect. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, and there was ample parking available nearby. We loved that the beach was just a short walk away, and there were plenty of great restaurants in the old centre of town. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

In the apartment no washing machine. But one minus - a little far from Barcelona. It is 1.15 min by train. And a little far from Girona airport if you are using train. By taxi only 30 min.

The staff were very friendly. It was very close to the beach. It was in a pedestrian only street. Very quiet time of the year so not much open. Only a few minutes to the train station which goes directly into Barcelona, about an hour trip.

The pull out double bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Our stay was fantastic, especially for the price we paid. The location was great as we were just a few minutes away from a fantastic sandy beach. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, even providing us with a map and recommendations for restaurants in the area. Our room was very clean and spacious, with great self-catering facilities such as pots, pans, and a hob. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony, which was definitely a plus.

Our room did have a slight problem with the drains, resulting in a sewage smell on a few occasions.

Hotel is near to beach with beautiful view on the sea. Hotel staff are very kind and serviceable.

Across from hotel is one very very vociferous, noisy club "PATIS" which works all over the night, to 6 h in the morning, just when train starts. There it is impossible to sleep with open the door. with closed door, there it is impossible to breathe.

The hotel is excellent! The staff of the hotel extremely helpful and friendly! Location is perfect. Walking distance to the station and see view rooms. Very clean! The beach is clean and 3min walk from the hotel. We will be definitely back and highly recommend this hotel to any body!

The location of this hotel is exceptional. It is situated close to the train station, which makes it easy to travel to Barcelona. The beach is just across the street, and there is a 24/7 supermarket beside the hotel. The hiking trails are also nearby. The staff is helpful and professional. The luxurious needs were fulfilled as the amenities were exclusive and of high quality.

The only negative aspect I experienced during my stay was a minor issue with the cleanliness of the room. However, aside from this one issue, everything else was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Great location and friendly staff. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a kitchen that had a stove and a fridge. It was near restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, as well as the beach. Free parking was easy to find nearby. We also appreciated the air conditioning in both rooms.

The noise level was high due to the proximity to busy streets and restaurants. The balcony was small and not suitable for sitting and enjoying a coffee.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The owner says hello eveday morning when you leave the room with a big smile, this is a very refreshing. The room gives out to the beach, which is great. Though it was an appartment, there was a cleaning lady coming everyday, which is a nice surprise. The toaster was good to have

The twin bed had a tendancy to slide but it is not a big issue if you are not a couple. A coffee machine could have been nice. It is not due to the hotel, but the area is not so great unless you only need the sea, cheap souvenir stores, alcohol, and clubbing. In May the stores being closed in the afternoon, this can be a bit dull. But nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The sunshine was fantastic and the beach was just a stone’s throw away. The bars and restaurants were also very convenient, and we didn’t break the bank eating out. Another plus was the apartment’s facilities, which included basic kitchen equipment and a balcony with a stunning view of the sea.

The noise from the adjacent rooms was unbearable at night, making it difficult to sleep. The walls must have been paper-thin as we could even hear snoring from the neighboring apartment.

The location

As it is on the main shopping street it could be quite noisy during the summertime.
